14-day free trial
Dominio System offers a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. During this period you have full access to evaluate the platform with no commitment. If you decide not to continue, simply do not enter payment information — your account will be automatically deactivated when the trial ends.
This evaluation period is designed for you to make an informed decision before any charge.
Refund policy after first charge
After the trial, once a paid subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
This includes:
- Full monthly payments already charged
- Automatic renewals
- Plan upgrades already billed
- Any active subscription at the time of cancellation
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dominio System dashboard or by emailing support@dominiosystem.com.
Effects of cancellation:
- Stops future charges from the next billing cycle
- Maintains full access until the end of the current paid period
- Does not generate a refund for the current period
Exceptions (refunds will be issued)
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge due to technical error: if due to a glitch in our system or Stripe, the same charge was processed twice, we refund the duplicate within 5–10 business days.
- Charge after confirmed cancellation: if you cancelled your subscription and a charge was still processed in the next cycle, we refund that charge in full.
- Unauthorized charge: if you detect a charge you did not make, contact us immediately for investigation and refund where applicable.
How to request a refund under exceptions
Send an email to support@dominiosystem.com with:
- Subject:
[REFUND] Request — [your account email] - Description of the charge in question
- Date and amount of the charge
- Screenshot of the statement or Stripe receipt if available
We respond within 48 business hours. If the refund is approved, it is credited to the same card used within 5–10 business days (subject to issuing bank timing).
Disputes with your bank (chargebacks)
Unjustified chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your Dominio System account.
